The data we handle
Contact details are limited to information voluntarily provided by the user through approved channels for communication purposes or for managing the factory profile.
Use
The data is used to follow up on requests, verify factory representatives, and improve platform content. Contact details are not sold to other parties.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to understand page performance, traffic sources, and to improve the user experience. The service may process technical data such as viewed pages, session duration, device and browser type, approximate geographic location, and cookie identifiers such as _ga. We do not send Google visitor names or contact details entered in site forms.
Google processes this data according to its policies, and you can learn how Google uses information from websites that use its services via Privacy page for partner websites. The user can control cookies from the browser settings.
Website visit counter
The site displays aggregate visit numbers. To prevent repeated counting of rapid updates, the server creates a short-lived pseudonymous, encrypted technical identifier based on request signals and counts the visit once within a 30-minute time window. We do not store the raw Internet Protocol address in the counter database. The identifier remains useful for counting for 30 minutes, and the system removes expired records when later requests are received after two days, while only the aggregate numbers remain. We also respect the signal Global Privacy Control When submitted from the browser.
Smart industrial advisor chats
When using the advisor, the question text and a limited chat log are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer. The advisor starts with site data and may use external search when no suitable match is found; therefore, please do not enter trade secrets, personal data, or sensitive information in the chat.
The site does not store conversations in its own database; a session copy is saved in the user's browser to help continue the conversation, and generation requests are sent with response storage disabled on the OpenAI interface. Service provider processing remains subject to its applicable policies.
Site languages
Pages are delivered in the selected language as part of the site's own response. Page text is not sent to an external translation service while browsing; advisor conversations are covered above.
Industrial images and information
The data, images, and their sources are reviewed, and a facility representative has the right to request an update, correction, or removal.
